Amateur Radio within North Dorset Scout District

During 2003 there were significant changes in the International legislation relating to Amateur (Ham) Radio Licenses with the need for morse code being removed.

Within the UK there are now 3 classes (stages) of license each progressively allowing more access across the bands available.

The initial class, "Foundation", allows contacts to be made all around the world!
